TERMS OF ENROLMENT

I understand that by enrolling my child, I authorize Ignite Dance Company to conduct dance classes for my child/ren. I release Ignite Dance Company from any liability for accidental injury or illness that may occur as part of participating in classes. I also allow first aid to be given to my child should an accident occur. I understand that it is my responsibility to pay invoices by the date due. I will keep Ignite Dance Co updated with any changes to my child/rens contact details and medical/learning needs.
