I began dancing at the age of 3 at the Alison Lamont School of Dance training in ballet. I continued my training in ballet and began jazz at the age of 9.

At the age of 14 I began learning Ballroom and Latin and competed for the first time. At 15 I moved to The Southern Ballet Theatre where both my ballet and jazz training continued. At the age of 16 I attended The Hagley Dance Company full-time whilst still dancing at Southern Ballet. At 17 I was accepted into The Edge Performer’s School full-time professional training program in Melbourne, Australia.

In 2010 I obtained my certificate in performance and from there I went on to work and teach full-time in Melbourne. I had amazing opportunities to work with incredible choreographer’s at charity events where I got to dance and perform. At 21 I moved home to Christchurch and continued dancing, performing and teaching. I have had the chance to perform and work alongside some incredible dancers throughout my career.

Over the last 8 years I have worked with Epic Entertainment and The Crusaders. In 2019 I performed in the Showbiz production of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, I also began competing in Latin American and Salsa again with Latin Fire. I have been teaching for over 10 years, ballet, jazz, musical theatre, latin and even wedding dances too. All ages and abilities.

Dance has and still is my biggest passion in life and being able to teach and inspire our next generation of dancers will always be a dream come true.

I have a passionate love for Contemporary & Latin dance. I have received many awards for my dancing both in New Zealand and Australia. I bring a great energy to my classes and a creative style that students will love.
